This weekend regular class schedule is as follows for

both Saturday and Sunday,Oct 29 and 30th....

7am and 5pm only!!

Halloween Day,Monday ,October 31st.....

6am,930am,3pm....(NO 445,630 or 815pm)..

From 930 am to 430pm Mary will be

hosting her Posture Classes this Sat and Sunday (10-29/30)
